Terms of Service
Terms for using CineVault's movie, TV, editorial guide and regional availability features.
Description of service
CineVault is a discovery and aggregation service for title metadata, original editorial guides and links to external platforms. It does not host commercial streaming video.
External data and links
Release facts, synopses and availability can change or contain source errors. Visitors should verify an external offer with the destination and follow that service's terms.
Intellectual property
CineVault's original interface, guide text and compiled structure remain distinct from movie titles, posters and external metadata owned by their respective rights holders and data providers.
Accounts
Public discovery does not require an account. Watchlists and saved availability preferences require sign-in and depend on the configured authentication service.
Advertising disclosure
Consent-based advertising and selected affiliate destinations may support CineVault. They do not determine editorial criteria and do not guarantee a title, plan or price.
Availability disclaimer
The service is provided as available. CineVault does not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent accuracy for changing provider catalogues.
